Threaded Bar & Rebar Systems for Anchors, Soil Nails & Structural

Solid-bar solutions for micropile center reinforcement, anchors, soil nails & structural—Threaded Bar (A615/A722) and Conventional Rebar (A615/A706). Sizes A615 #6 – #28 + #32 (new), A722 5/8" – 3"; Rebar #3 – #11 (others by request). Hardware, plates, casing, and coatings (HDG, prime, epoxy).

Where it’s used

  • Micropiles (center reinforcement / tendon)

  • Ground Anchors / Tiebacks (temporary & permanent)

  • Soil Nails (shotcrete walls, cuts)

  • Structural / Temporary Works (bracing, connections, utilities)

  • Concrete Reinforcement (Conventional Rebar)

What we supply

  • Threaded Bar

    • A615: #6 – #28, & #32 Special Order

    • A722: 5/8"– 3" (high-strength)

    • Strength grades: 75/80, 97/100, 150 (project-dependent)

  • Conventional Rebar (Deformed Bar)

    • A615 (Grade 60/80), A706 (weldable)

    • Common sizes: #3 – #11 (others by request)

    • Fabrication: cut-to-length, bending shapes (per bar list/ACI), tagging/kitting

  • Hardware (for threaded bar): nuts, couplers, washers (thread-matched)

  • Plates: bearing/cap/connection (A36/A572; drilling, bevels, countersunk)

  • Casing (if specified): temporary/permanent; plain/threaded ends; drive shoes/couplings

  • Coatings & Protection: Hot-dip galvanizing, prime paint, epoxy

  • Documentation: cut sheets, product data; MTRs when available per mill/spec

Kit examples

  • Micropile kit (Threaded Bar tendon): Threaded bar (A615/A722) + Couplers/Nuts + Bearing/Cap Plate + Centralizers/Spacers + Grout hardware + (Casing if required)

  • Anchor kit (Threaded Bar): Bar + Nuts/Couplers + Bearing/Cap Plate + Grout hardware + (Casing if required)

  • Soil Nail kit (Threaded Bar): Bar + Nuts/Couplers + Nail Plate + Spacers/Centralizers + Grout hardware

  • Concrete reinforcement package (Rebar): A615/A706 rebar cut & bent per bar list + tags/kitting + epoxy/HDG (if specified)

Quote checklist

  • Threaded bar: size/grade (A615 #6–#28/#32, A722 5/8"–3"), thread spec

  • Micropile: design load, bond length & total length, hole/bit diameter

  • Anchors/Nails: bond/free (anchors) or nail length

  • Plates: L×W×T, hole pattern/bevel/countersunk

  • Casing: Y/N, size, end finish; centralizer spacing (if specified)

  • Rebar: A615 or A706, sizes (e.g., #3–#11), bending schedule/bar list, piece marks, epoxy/HDG if required

  • Coatings: HDG / Prime / Epoxy

FAQs

1. Can I use threaded bar as the micropile center reinforcement (tendon)? Yes. Many specs allow A615 or A722 threaded bar as the micropile tendon. We’ll supply thread-matched nuts/couplers, plates, centralizers, and casing if required.

2. Which sizes and grades do you carry? A615: #6–#28 and #32 (new). A722: 5/8"–3". Strength grades 75/80, 97/100, 150 (availability depends on size/spec).

3. Do you provide plates and holes/bevels? Yes—A36/A572 plates cut-to-size with drilling, bevels, countersunk holes per drawing.

4. What coatings are available? Hot-dip galvanizing, prime paint, and epoxy (per project spec).

5. Lead times? Core sizes are often quick; epoxy/HDG coatings, custom plates, or casing may add time.

6. What’s the difference between threaded bar and conventional rebar? Threaded bar accepts nuts/couplers for anchors, nails, and tendons; rebar is for concrete reinforcement (cut/bent per bar list) and doesn’t use nuts/couplers in concrete work.

7. Do you supply weldable rebar? Yes—A706 (weldable) in common sizes (typically #3–#11). Provide your welding/detailing requirements.
